To measure your wrist size, either use a flexible measuring tape or a string with a ruler. Wrap and measure just under the wrist bone.

SHIPPING
All orders ship from our US center in Nevada. We are happy to provide Complimentary Shipping on all domestic orders.
At this time, our team requires 1 to 2 full business day to process your order. This timeline may change depending on high volume events.
For Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases, please allow up to 4 business days to process your orders for shipping. Our small and passionate team will be working hard after the Thanksgiving holiday to get orders shipped ASAP. We are happy to provide Complimentary Shipping on all domestic orders.
Please expect shipping delays affecting every carrier during the holiday season. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues that are out of our control.
Once our fulfillment team ships out your order with the courier, you will be notified via email with your tracking information. Please keep in mind any delays beyond this point during transit that are beyond our control. We will do our best to help you contact the courier if any delays occur, and will require your participation for claims.
Average North American shipping time is 3-5 business days after fulfillment via USPS and UPS. Please note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to addressing and/or payment confirmation. WARRANTY
All defective Ryan Christian jewelry is covered under a one-year manufacturing warranty.
If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, send us a message on our “Contact Us” page with your Name, Order Number, and Issue.The Ryan Christian warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur over time, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.

We stand by the quality of our products. We guarantee that our products are made with .925 silver content or higher. Slight color variation may occur between the pictures displayed on-screen and the actual purchase. Please send us a message on our "Contact Us" page and include your order number and reason for return. We personally inspect every item that is sent out.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY
Real .925 Sterling Silver will tarnish over time. If you want to polish your pieces, you may use a silver polishing cloth found at your local jeweler or on Amazon. You may also take your pieces to your local jeweler for a cleaning.
