Return Policy:
Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 14 days past the delivery date noted on the order tracking.
For our customers who wish to surprise a loved one with a gift from Ryan Christian, we offer an extended return and exchange policy. Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 14 days have expired. There are no extensions on refunds.
All Items must be:
- Unworn and in New condition.
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Requests must be submitted through our portal or with our customer experience member. Items sent back to us without a request will not be accepted.
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product has visible wear or damage.
Eligible items must:
• Be unworn and in original condition
• Include all original packaging and documentation
Please note:
• Final Sale and custom pieces are not eligible
• Signs of wear, damage, or alteration may void eligibility
Gift recipients may request an exchange; proof of purchase may be required.

Holiday Extended Returns
Note: Ryan Christian provides Complimentary Returns/Exchanges on the first order. Any additional exchanges requested after our One Complimentary Exchange will be accepted but the customer will be charged a flat fee.
Return Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, your order will be processed within 5 to 10 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been returned. Please allow 2-10 business days for the amount to reach your account.
Exchange Timeline: Once we receive your exchanged item, your order will be processed within 5 to 10 days. You will receive an email notification once your exchange order has been processed. If you need your exchange item sooner, we recommend placing a new order for your needed item and submitting a return.
Items purchased during a sale will be eligible for size exchanges at no additional cost. If exchanging for a different style after a sale, you are subject to the original price of the product.
Offers cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
