Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 14 days past the delivery date noted on the order tracking.
For our customers who wish to surprise a loved one with a gift from Ryan Christian, we offer an extended return and exchange policy. Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 14 days have expired. There are no extensions on refunds.
All Items must be:
- Unworn and in New condition.
- Returned in the original packaging.
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product has visible wear or damage.
Items purchased during a sale will be eligible for size exchanges at no additional cost. If exchanging for a different style after a sale, you are subject to the original price of the product.

Note: Ryan Christian provides Complimentary Returns/Exchanges on the first order. Any additional exchanges requested after our One Complimentary Exchange will be accepted but the customer will be charged a flat fee.

Payment
Payments can be made through most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Affirm.
Shipping
We are happy to provide Free Shipping on all domestic orders. We ask that you allow up to 2 business for our team to process your order upon payment confirmation.
Average North American shipping time is 3-5 business days via UPS.
Please note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.
Order Confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to your email and tracking information will be provided when your product has been shipped.
Out of Stock
If you wish to purchase an item that is out of stock, please click "notify me when available" on your size. This will ensure you are the first to be notified when we restock.
If an Item has been ordered that is out of stock, you will be notified via email and will be given the option to modify your order or receive a full refund.
Price Adjustments
If the price of an item you purchase through our site is reduced due to the item becoming a permanent sale item within 10 days of the date on which you purchased the item, you may contact us to receive a one-time (single order) refund or price adjustment for the item purchased. Such refund or price adjustment applies only to items that become permanent sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. Care for your Item
Since our Handcrafted Jewelry is made from genuine .925 Sterling silver, Items will see gradual tarnish. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in an airtight container such as a ziploc bag. Don't take these pieces for a swim, as the chemicals in the pool water will damage the natural materials!
