Return Policy: 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items must:

• Be unworn and in original condition

• Include all original packaging and documentation

Please note:

• Final Sale and custom pieces are not eligible

• Signs of wear, damage, or alteration may void eligibility

Gift recipients may request an exchange; proof of purchase may be required.

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product has visible wear or damage.

Items purchased during a sale will be eligible for size exchanges at no additional cost. If exchanging for a different style after a sale, you are subject to the original price of the product.

Note: Ryan Christian provides Complimentary Returns/Exchanges on the first order. Any additional exchanges requested after our One Complimentary Exchange will be accepted but the customer will be charged a flat fee of $15.

Return Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, your order will be processed within 5 to 10 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been returned. Please allow 2-10 business days for the amount to reach your account.

If you need your exchange item sooner, we recommend placing a new order for your needed item and submitting a return.

Every Ryan Christian piece is guaranteed solid .925 sterling silver or higher and covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty.

If something isn't right with your piece, send us a message through our Contact Us page with your name and order number, and we'll make it right.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover loss or theft, accidental damage, the natural patina silver develops over time, or purchases from unauthorized retailers.

Most of our items can be custom ordered in smaller or larger sizes. Custom Orders for sizes that are not available on our site is Final Sale.

Custom Orders normally require 6 - 8 weeks to complete.

One rule to keep your silver at its best: take it off before pools and hot tubs — chlorine is the one thing that can permanently damage sterling silver. After the ocean, a workout, or a shower, a quick rinse and wipe-down is all it needs.

Bracelet sizing is listed in circumference in inches. To measure, use a string to measure desired fit and lay back out on a ruler to get your measurements in inches.

Navidium Shipping Insurance is a third-party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. This ensures the protection of customers' shipments in case of lost, stolen, or damaged delivery. 

With the current condition of all shipping carriers, this shipping insurance provides affordable coverage for a safe and secure package delivery. 

In order to apply for the Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during checkout.

We believe in creating the highest quality products at a fair price. Therefore, we don't apply high markups to our items like other brands out there. Since we use high quality sterling silver, our pricing sometimes changes when there is a significant increase in raw silver prices.
